Can we travel with the passport validity less than 6 months?

It is a requirement that your Passport is valid for the whole journey you propose to undertake. Some Countries may refuse entry if the Passport has a short period (less than 6 months) to run.

 

Do we need to reconfirmation for my flights?

Please reconfirm your intention to travel at least 72 hours prior to departure from all points on your itinerary even if you have a confirmed reservation. Failure to reconfirm may result in cancellation of your booking.

 

Do I need to apply visa?

Please check the Visa requirements for your destination prior to traveling. You may be required to hold a visa even if you are in transit.

 

What time do I need to reach the airport for check-in?

We strongly advise you to present yourselves at the airport check-in desk at least 2 or 1½ hours prior of your flight departure time.

 

What is the baggage allowance for flights to and from US/Canada/US territories?

The passengers are entitled to carry a maximum of two pieces of checked baggage. The total of all three dimensions of one of them must not exceed 158 cms, and the total dimensions of both pieces of checked baggage must not exceed 273 cms. The weight of each piece may be no more than 23 kgs (50 lbs).

 

What is the baggage allowance for travelling other countries?

Passengers are also entitled to carry one piece of cabin baggage, with maximum dimensions not exceeding, max. length 56 cms, max. width 45cms and max. depth 25 cms, but the sum of the three shall not exceed 115 cms. These dimensions include wheels, handles, side pockets and weighting up to 7 kgs (15 lbs).

 

What is the Cabin baggage allowance?

Do I need to pay the airport taxes?

The price of the ticket may include taxes, fees and charges which are imposed on air transportation by government authorities. These taxes, fees and charges, which may represent a significant portion of the cost of air travel, are either included in the fare, or shown separately in the “TAX/ FEE/CHARGE” box(es) of the ticket. You may also be required to pay taxes, fees and charges not already collected.
